Sealy Mattress Middle East, a leading Middle East Mattress Factory and an operation licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, is currently seeking an experienced and driven Outdoor Sales Supervisor to join our team. As an Outdoor Sales Supervisor, you will oversee a team of sales representatives and drive outdoor sales activities across the assigned region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of sales targets by effectively managing and motivating the sales team. You will play a vital role in developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients in the market.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in outdoor sales and team management, preferably in the mattress or furniture industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for exceeding targets. You will work closely with our sales team and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of outdoor sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively seeking out potential customers and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports and updates to the management team

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the mattress or furniture industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for market trends and opportunities
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the bedding industry and familiarity with Sealy products is advantageous
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
  • Must have a driver's License
