Working on the front line as a Luxury Travel Reservations Specialist, your ultimate goal is to deliver consistent and exceptional customer service to ensure our members have the best experience each time they contact TEN.

In this role you will be the primary contact for one of our top clients in the MENA, Europe, US and Asia regions. You will liaise directly with their customers to facilitate all of their ground transportation requirements. You will handle a high volume of calls as well as emails and engage with members to understand their requirements and complete the reservation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to members across MENA region, Europe, US and Asia
  • Design requests by telephone and email in Arabic and English of individual trips (rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP service) for premium cardholders, considering all the needs of the customer
  • Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries, promotions and exclusive events
  • Conducting research and putting together proposals
  • Liaising with our trusted suppliers on behalf of Members
  • Maintaining up-to-date records for our members
  • Representing TEN, telling the story and promoting our concierge value
  • Building rapport with members
  • Demonstrate proactivity and converting requests to bookings

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must be fluent in native English and Arabic. Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST.
  • Well-travelled and able to use your own experiences to inspire our members along side in-depth knowledge of luxury destinations worldwide.
  • A strong understanding of UHNW expectations and demands 
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information and interacting with high-profile clients are essential to maintain client privacy and trust.
  • Understanding of and experience using a CRM system 
  • Possess local expertise and familiar with GCC market 
  • Can do attitude with strong understanding of Arabic culture (GCC, Middle East and North Africa) 
  • Flexible with different shift patterns 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with demonstrated problem solving ability 
  • A deep sense of empathy and ability to connect with members quickly and building trust 
  • Confidence in communicating with UHNW clients 
  • A ‘can do, will do’ mindset, willing to get whatever is needed done 
  • A high sense of ownership in everything you do, taking responsibility 
  • Incredible ability to drive noticeably high member satisfaction 
  • Analytical in approach, with a commercial understanding to service delivery
