This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our remote customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient customer support through multiple channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and empathy.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues to appropriate departments.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Meet performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and resolution time.

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
