Skill Farm Members Are Invited to Apply for the Following Role:

In this role, you will:

Provide full administrative and secretarial support to their Manager

Reply to and formulate correspondence on behalf of their Manager

Use of Office packages to produce and type documents

Diary management - meetings organised and diary invites managed

Meeting papers, agenda items and MI collated for meetings

All action items monitored as appropriate, advising team heads across business of progress

Management and control of projects on behalf of their Manager

Organise and plan conferences/off-site events including preparation and collation of presentation material.

Prepare pitch decks for external customers aligned to approved style and format for country Sustainable Financing deals

Carry out strategic planning tasks that require engaging with internal stakeholders

Acts as a role model for our Group Values and behaviours (Open, Connected, Dependable), supporting colleagues and customers to deliver superior customer service through these values

Maintain our internal control standards

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Relevant experience working in an administrative or secretarial role supporting a manager or team

Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of working under pressure

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Excellent keyboard, shorthand and audio skills

Proven ability of using their initiative

Advanced computer and IT skills, including all Microsoft packages

Ability to prioritise workload effectively

Graduation degree is a must - to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
