We are currently seeking a professional and well-organized Project Liaison/Intake Coordinator to join our team. This essential role involves monitoring client interactions and ensuring effective communication across our organization. You will serve as a key point of contact, handling initial client inquiries, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

Intake Management:

  • Respond to initial inquiries from clients and collect relevant information.
  • Ensure all client data is accurately entered into and maintained within our systems.

Planning:

  • Schedule and manage appointments using Google Calendar.
  • Confirm all appointments and resolve any scheduling conflicts.

Communication:

  • Maintain professional written and verbal communication with clients and team members.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, using an American accent.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage spreadsheets, emails, and documents using Google Suite.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.
