PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

According to the company's strategic and business plan, expand the company's export business and provide services to customers, will be responsible for driving the sales and distribution of the factory products in EM market. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, managing relationships with CTs and direct accounts, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. Also, will work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to achieve the company's export sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Export strategy and policies.
  • Create and implement KPI’s.
  • Build professional technical support and customer service team.
  • To provide quick response in time, competitive LT and transfer price to sales.
  • support EMEA to finish GWP localized, and made process to purchase components from Xylem NJ.
  • support Egypt Factory new products marketing promotion in EM and beyond.
  • Play a role in new product developing and localization project.
  • Reception of visits from domestic and foreign clients of the company.
  • update enterprise and product introductions.
  • Identify and develop training opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new international market opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve export sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CTs and direct accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws.
  • Lead Documents preparation of different markets (Egypt COO).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for international markets.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on international sales strategies and market entry techniques.
  • Liaise with production and inventory management to ensure product availability for international orders.
  • Set and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of export sales initiatives.
  • Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Identify the gaps in prices and/or specs with competitors in different markets and generate ideas to overcome these challenges.
  • Build an accurate forecast for export business.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Key technical skills and knowledge.
  • Prefer Mechanical Engineering Degree with products knowledge and related technology.
