The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing a product/ line of products in terms of developing digital and multi channels strategy to be able to match market growth drivers and opportunities.

Accountabilities:


  • Develop the digital marketing strategy in collaboration with product owners to improve the impact of marketing strategy through digital channels
  • Own and drive digital marketing activities targeting HCPs
  • Omnichannel Planning (strategy and tactical plans development: Customer personas creation/Key messages definition/Journeys design)
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor the digital landscape in the pharmaceutical industry / International markets evaluating new trends and work on a long-term plan for the assigned brands
  • Provide inputs to partners on Multi-Channel initiatives including prospecting company vision relative to the competitors and mobilizing partners to take necessary actions, trainings, and plans
  • Collect deeper insights & delivering more personalized experience across all channels
  • Work with brand managers to generate standard methodology projects
  • Build digital capabilities and set KPI’s for each project matching with the SOP’s
  • Monitor performance figures and lead projects
  • Routinely communicate performance outcomes with marketers and support them based on outcomes.
  • Lead the external approval process for HCPs materials and ensure compliance with EDA requirements
  • Articulate authentic commitment to diversity of representation, psychological safety, empowerment of others and focus on team cohesion
  • Show awareness of personal bias and attentiveness to other’s cultures with open mindset, curiosity and empathy


Essential Skills / Experience:


  • Pharmacy or Medical Background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as digital marketing manager in a multinational company and / Or 7 years in a reputable pharmaceutical marketing agency as digital manager or Account manager handling digital platforms
  • Strategic Partnering
  • Communication Skills
  • Leadership & stakeholder management
  • Project Management
  • Proficiency in data analysis, email marketing, and marketing automation tools to effectively utilize new technologies in campaigns
  • Proficiency in leveraging cutting-edge technologies for rapid content creation and agile campaign management
  • Digital Marketing Certification
  • Fluency in English language
