We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Technical Operations Associate fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer sciences and experience as a Business Analyst. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth technical operations, analyzing business needs, and facilitating effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for internal teams and clients, addressing technical issues and ensuring efficient operation of systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Business Analysis:
- Analyze business needs and processes to identify technical requirements and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new systems or improvements to existing ones.
- Communication:
- Serve as a bilingual liaison between Arabic-speaking clients and English-speaking technical teams.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure understanding and satisfaction on both sides.
- System Management:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of technical systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for technical processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
