Personal Assistant to Regional CEO

ROLE PURPOSE:

To assist the Regional CEO with day-to-day business activities and carry out operational and administrative tasks to further enhance the CEO’s capability to expand, develop and manage the business efficiently and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide full executive and personal assistance to the Regional CEO and leadership team, including managing calendars and meeting schedules.
  • Acting as the point of contact between the Regional CEO and internal and external parties.
  • Manage personal and corporate expense reports.
  • Accompany the Regional CEO/Management team to the meetings and take a dictation-notes and handle incoming and outgoing official correspondences as well as handling sensitive and confidential correspondences.
  • Execute meeting Agendas, carry out the meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Draft, review, and edit reports, communications, and presentations.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Maintain & archive records and documents for the Regional CEO.
  • Handle travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Screen and direct the phone calls to the Regional CEO and accurately communicate messages and information to the BU executive.
  • Determine priorities, re-direct matters to the responsible executive and communicate effectively
  • Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content for the Regional CEO’s social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Level of Education - Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin or equivalent)
  • Years of Experience - 3 years PA/EA/Admin

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • MS Office - Advanced
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment - High
