Manager, Business Operations:

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Operations Manager to join our Archer team. As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations' success by leveraging strategic insights and operational excellence to drive informed decisions, enhance user experiences, and optimize overall performance.

Responsibilities

Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards

Manage SOWs creation and ensure end-to-end PS deals governance

Maximize the efficiency of all PS business procedures

Build KPIs for PS and conduct quality assessments

Monitor daily operations and identify potential issues when needed

Implement processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance

Monitor financial data and use advanced analytical tools

Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans

Enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices

Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

Formulate strategic and operational objectives

Recruit, train, and supervise staff

Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency

Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives

Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the operations team

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve operational goals

Requirements And Skills

Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

Experience with forecasting models

The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets

Exceptional communication skills

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

BSc in Business Management or relevant field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead and motivate teams

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
