Executive Assistant (Middle East Experience)

We are thrilled to invite an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Dexiconn. This role is perfect for a skilled professional with a background in distribution, retail, or trading companies and a proven track record of supporting C-level executives. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is crucial, and solid experience in the Middle East is highly valued. While we prefer an Emirati candidate, it is not a strict requirement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports in both Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and manage travel expenses.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of board meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company data.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Oversee and manage special projects as assigned by the executives, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a distribution, retail, or trading company.
  • Proven experience working with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of the Middle East and its business practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
