Male Water Sports Trainer - for Royal Family

Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled Male Water Sports Trainer to work for our client, the Royal Family. As a Water Sports Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring players reach and maintain the required fitness levels and ensure they have a safe, healthy, and enjoyable training and playing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Brief the trainee about the sports activity to be carried out.
• Ensure the trainee is appropriately dressed and equipped for the activity according to the risk assessment.
• Evaluating performance and providing suitable feedback with positivity and motivation.
• Assessing strengths and weaknesses in a trainee's performance and identifying areas for further development.
• Adapting to the needs and interests of trainees.
• Demonstrating an activity by breaking the task down into a sequence.
• Encouraging trainees to gain and develop skills, knowledge, and techniques.
• Working with IT-based resources to monitor and measure performance.
• Working to a high ethical standard at all times, particularly in relation to issues such as child safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
• Keep up to date with modern methods and techniques, especially in the area of the treatment, and rehabilitation, of injured players.
• Maintain report on player development.
• Ensure that all necessary team first aid equipment is available.
