About The Role:
As a Senior Software Project Manager at Dsquares, you will play a key role in leading and managing the successful delivery of our software projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation, ensuring project objectives are achieved within scope, time, and budget constraints. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective project communication, risk management, and quality control.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex software projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, software development methodologies, and delivery standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring effective and timely communication.
- Ensure quality control of project deliverables through comprehensive testing, reviews, and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement, implementing best practices, and lessons learned.

Required Skills &Abilities:
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Project Manager, preferably in the software development industry.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale software projects.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies, including Agile.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions and prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and techniques.
- Project management certification (PMP) is preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software project management, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role.
