Responsibilities:

• Review, select, and edit photos to ensure they meet B.TECH’s platforms standards for quality and aesthetics.
• Use photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to adjust color, lighting, contrast, and other elements to enhance the overall look and feel of images.
• Perform retouching tasks such as removing blemishes, correcting distortions, and compositing images to create visually appealing results.
• Work closely with photographers, graphic designers, and content creators to understand their vision and ensure the final images align with the desired outcome.
• Ensure consistency in image style and quality across all platforms and publications.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of images, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future use.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography and photo editing to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of the work.
