A multi-business CEO of a UK-based telecommunications company and a rapidly growing software startup in Dubai is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. This role is designed to oversee, plan, and organize daily activities, both in business and personal matters.

This role is for someone who can simultaneously work with several different tasks and processes and stay focused. Someone with a solution-oriented attitude who respects details and can easily organize himself and the founder.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a real executive with experience working with several simultaneous processes and providing complex support to the founder in his daily personal and business activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle email management, including prioritizing, responding, and flagging important messages.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain confidential files and records with utmost discretion.
  • Business Operations:Coordinate with the senior management team and other key personnel in both UK and Dubai offices.
  • Assist in preparing for board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure smooth communication and operation flow.
  • Personal Assistance:Handle personal tasks for the CEO, including family and travel arrangements.
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel logistics, ensuring all details are managed seamlessly.
  • Manage lifestyle arrangements such as reservations, appointments, and other personal errands.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role in a remote environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and communication tools (WhatsApp, Slack, VoIP ).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and adjust to the CEO’s varying schedule.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with senior executives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with travel logistics and event planning.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
