- Attend daily logistics call.
- Coordinating with the rig & follow up martial requests.
- Communicate with partners to accelerate delivery.
- Requesting trucks to ensure smooth delivery of backloads.
- Ensure safety standards for lifting operations.
- Coordinate with sites to receive/deliver material onetime.
- Dealing with Vessels and coordinating provisions & crew changes, Fresh water & Fuel.
- Issuing Cargo manifest for the outbound material.
- Keep material recording & maintain filling system for all inbound & outbound material.
- Ensure that all required materials have been delivered to the rig.
- Coordinating with shore base vessel arrival & departure.
- Coordinating with marine agent for berthing & sailing permits.
- Supervise pipe inspection & preparing daily progress report.
- Check all materialriggings certs to ensure safety measurements.
- Coordinating with the Rig, Vessels for any material movement according to MR shared by our team on Rig.
- Prepare load lists, supervise loading of supply vessel, complies manifest shipping documentation and verifies individual / collective cargo weights.
- Maintain cargo movement statics for audit and departmental reporting.
- Coordinate daily scheduling and planning of company’s marine operations, coordinate all safety standby vessel operations, crewing, maintenance days and consumptions.
- Coordinate with the gate customs coordinator to minimize trucks & vessels standby.
- Record all manifests on the trackers in Damietta shore base.
- Record all material movements, monitor inventory level.
