Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize Sports Activities:
- Develop and coordinate a variety of sports and recreational programs for different age groups and skill levels, including team sports, fitness classes, and educational workshops.
- Manage Events:
- Plan, organize, and oversee both large and small sports events, such as tournaments, competitions, and recreational activities.
- Engage with Guests:
- Interact with guests and participants to ensure an enjoyable and positive experience. Motivate and encourage participants throughout the activities.
- Promote Activities:
- Advertise and promote sports activities through various communication channels, such as bulletin boards, social media, and newsletters.
- Provide Training:
- Offer training sessions and guidance to participants, including teaching new techniques and improving performance.
- Manage Equipment:
- Ensure that all necessary sports equipment is maintained and readily available for use.
- Monitor Performance:
- Observe and assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and overall experience.
- Coordinate with Other Teams:
- Work closely with other teams, such as health staff, service providers, and administrators, to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education:
- A degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in organizing sports activities or working in similar environments is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, ability to motivate others, and good organizational abilities.
- Technical Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of sports and safety procedures related to them.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure:
- Ability to handle changing conditions and solve problems quickly and effectively.
