  • Setting & Implementing CRM Dept, SOP, SLA & Internal guidelines for smoothing the dept. workflow.
  • Preparing monthly reports & analyzing the dept. metrics to improve the dept. performance.
  • Managing & Analyzing team performance to enhance and utilize the dept. performance.
  • Tracking & Managing data and maintaining records/updates of customer queries and complaints on the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Follows CRM procedures, guidelines, and policies regarding the day-to-day tasks and any future assigned tasks.
  • Managing & controlling the client’s financials collection and settlement to achieve targets.

Requirements

Abilities & Attitude:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient in CRM system
  • Previous Experience in RealEstate
