Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the skills to bring our brand to life across various digital and print platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create visually compelling content that supports our branding and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email templates, and website graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for campaigns and promotions.
- Design and layout presentations and reports that effectively communicate our message.
- Maintain and update the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and messaging.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with web design and user interface (UI) design.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
