Job Description:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their logistics requirements.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to design and propose customized logistics solutions that address the unique needs of clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing support for new clients.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients to showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities in the company's CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall business development strategy.

requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent or specific relevant experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the same field (Freight Forwarding, Air, Sea and Inland, Customs Clearance and NAFEZA system).
  • Good in English (Writing & Speaking).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office & ERP systems.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time.
  • On site.
  • working hours 9 AM : 5 PM
  • Days off (Friday & Saturday)
