As a Global Business Development Specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will play a crucial role in driving our partner's global expansion within the cryptocurrency industry. Your main objective will be to develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives aimed at fostering growth and enhancing market presence worldwide. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders across various regions to navigate complex environments and achieve successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global partnership strategies to drive expansion and market presence
  • Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, clients, and partners
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients
  • Lead strategic initiatives related to business development, from scoping to deal closure
  • Manage global business relationships, addressing business, policy, and technical issues
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in cryptocurrency or fintech
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally and delivering results through partnerships
  • Strong ability to build relationships in dynamic environments within the crypto industry
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Deep interest and understanding of crypto technologies
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets globally
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry
