Employee Services – Project Manager (1.5-year contract)

About The Job

Danone MENA is looking for a highly dynamic Employee Services - Project Manager for its Danone Business Services Africa & Middle East to be based in Cairo, Egypt.

A- Key Responsibilities

• Leading Projects of Employee Services Egypt & West Africa Integration to Danone Business Services
• Assessment of Employee Services Scope for Egypt & WA
• List of all ES activities under HR scope including workload distribution of the team
• Assessment of tools and capabilities
• Ensure smooth transition of ES integration and support local teams
• Support ES digitalization roadmap for Africa & ME
• Support local ES team on ES KPI animation and strive for improvements
• Own the application of common standards for DBS ES services and sponsors initiatives to implement best practices.
  
  

1 - Employee Services activities

• Ensure all DBS ES activities are delivered at the agreed level of service and performance and in line with customer satisfaction metrics, as defined in the DBS value framework.
• Own the application of common standards for DBS services and sponsors initiatives to implement best practices.
• Monitor compliance and process performance, working with Risk, Compliance, internal control, and internal and external audit.
• Sponsor DBS ES digitalization projects identify and gain approval for tools and process improvements, provide prioritization requests.
• Drive process standardization, harmonization, automation, service excellence and continuous improvement projects across Africa &ME region
  
  

2- Interactions with stakeholders

• Work closely with BU HR to ensure end-to-end process & strategy consistency.
• Report performance and escalate issues to Regional ES Lead and Local DBS Lead, as defined in the DBS governance model.
• Liaise with DBS HRBP to drive team capability development in order to ensure service delivery and optimal team make-up.
  
  

B - Key Deliverables

• Project management of ES integration for Egypt & West Africa
• Setup and continuous improvement of regional & local DBS ES strategy, policies, processes and tools in alignment with core model and standards
• Monitoring of compliance, process & team efficiency, performance and level of service quality

About you

To be successful in the role you should ideally have

Education And Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Multi-national company in C&B, Payroll & Admin, HR
• Sage 300 – Payroll Tool experience (advantage)
• Team management experience
