JOB TITLE

Human Capital Specialist | MAF Global Solutions | Human Capital

Role Summary

To provide overall support to Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions population in Egypt. Role support includes but not limited to; Induction and On Boarding, Employee Relations, Employees Services, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications and operational tasks.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Onboarding:
  • Ensure all new joiners are properly onboarded through the workforce team
  • Welcoming all new joiners on 1st day.
  • Making sure all documents are being handled properly by the workforce team and in timely manner.
  • Assets (Laptop – Mouse – Headset) are all received by all new joiners.
  • Assisting in the onboarding session and handling some parts of the presentations.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Keep open channels with all stakeholders to make sure their requests are being addressed on timely manner.
  • Proactively Doing weekly catchups and visits to all teams and departments to provide support to all teams based on their needs
  • Employee Services:
  • Making sure our medical insurance services are running smoothly and handled by the medical insurance specialist providing support if needed.
  • Making sure our mobile line devices account is running smoothly and handled by the admin assistant.
  • Making sure the transportation company is providing the right support for our employees.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Support the Human Capital Manager to conduct monthly visits to different departments and meet employees and line managers to ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Prepare, track and communicate Organizational Health Index surveys in the business unit and promote the importance of participation.
  • To arrange and manage different Human Capital events and activities as per the yearly calendar
  • Execute the engagement plan for Egypt
  • Internal Communication:
  • To draft and prepare any internal memos, announcements, newsletters or any information that needs to be shared with the employees.
  • To arrange and manage needed communications sessions such as meetings, events, presentations, town halls etc.
  • Operational Tasks:
  • Supporting the human capital business partner with the all the operational tasks and owning them to make sure they are delivered on time with the right quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Human Resources
  • University Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration Any other certification in Human Resources is acceptable
  • Demonstrable previous experience of operating within a dynamic and ambiguous work environment in a building phase.
  • High quality knowledge of employee relations and how to maintain active relation with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence with credibility at all levels
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
