- Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that prioritize growth and positive customer ratings
- Create development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Lead a team of Business Development representatives and is able to set the team’s strategy
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
- Prepare reports, sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
- Prepare financial projections and sales targets
- Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Prepare sales contracts to ensure adherence to legal and corporate guidelines
- Track all business-related invoices
- Liaise with department’s Directors to develop sales and marketing strategies
RequirementsMinimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or relevant field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role, preferably in
healthcare or health tourism. Out of which 3 years on a managerial role
