Coordinate day to day transportation activities provided to the customer.
Prepare Daily Schedule providing an efficient, safe and cost effective Transport plan for employees’ pickup and drop offs.
Provide recommendations on fleet utilization based on the schedules provided in order to reduce costs.
Understand the Transport scope for the customer and develop specific plan and procedures to ensure that the Transport service provided meets the full requirements of the customer.
Professional contractor management and oversight to ensure contractors deliver the contracted scope.
Ensure adherence to the transportation procedures and SOP.
Monitor Vehicles’ reports including vehicles’ Maintenance reports, GPS System, driving licenses, drivers’ licenses ,…etc to ensure quality standards and compliance to SOP.
Carry out routine Vehicle inspections as per approved check list.
Coordinate and follow up with the transportation vendor corrective actions as required.
Develop customer relationships demonstrating responsiveness and creativity.
Resolve queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
Identify operational issues, potential problems and opportunities.
Maintain accurate administrative records.
Generate all required reports on the Transport Service on time.
Be accessible for escalation of all Transport related issues during all shifts.
Requirements:
Very Good Analytic/Excel skills
Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and to prioritize workload
Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to think out of the box and to innovate for process improvement.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to interpret processes and company policies to ensure compliance in daily practice
Vendor Management experience
Demonstrated work experience in similar field or role within a transport provision.
