What You Will Do

As an Assessments Associate will be responsible for supporting the design, creation, and management of assessments across our platform. This role will involve collaborating closely with the curriculum team to ensure alignment with educational objectives and standards, as well as analyzing student performance data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and deployment of various types of assessments (e.g., after session, weekly, monthly) based on curriculum sessions and educational goals.
• Tag questions appropriately to ensure coverage of all topics in the curriculum and adjust difficulty levels as necessary to enhance student preparedness.
• Collaborate with content developers and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and educational efficacy of assessments.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on assessments to maintain high standards of validity and reliability.
• Ensure exams are performing properly against plans/expectations.
• Ensure that assessments comprehensively cover the curriculum, addressing all essential topics and learning objectives.
• Analyze student performance data using analytical tools and provide reports and recommendations to inform instructional decisions.
• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of assessment methodologies and strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of assessments through data-driven insights and feedback loops.
