Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager International Sales

As the Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager International Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's international sales strategy and expanding our global presence. You will work closely with the sales team and management to identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with international clients, and drive sales growth in key global markets.

Key Responsibilities For This Role Include

• Have or research in depth knowledge of target countries/region agriculture pattern/practice, crops, agri-inputs, Agri marketing /sales/distribution practice.
• Identify potential business partner based on defined criteria.
• Establish contact with potential business partner, engage in discussions and enter into Marketing and distribution agreement.
• Support partner with technical information, sample, trial/demo procedures etc.
• Have or acquire in –depth knowledge of product registration in target countries/region.
• Participate in exhibition/trade-show to promote co products.
• Carry out market research, conduct surveys and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strength.
• Constantly review Customer's performance and monitor their growth.
• Coordinate with R&D for support in products and new application development.
• Some knowledge of Agri business is essential. Experience in Agri inputs (fertilizers / pesticides / seeds) would be really great.
• Excellent Written Communication skills.
  
  

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in international sales, with experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry being a plus. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
