To oversee the operational and strategic development of a company. This includes discovering and developing

new business areas or new products so that the company can expand.

  • Execute, and oversee business strategies that prioritize growth and positive customer ratings
  • Implement development plans and forecasted sales targets and growth projections
  • Conduct industry research to develop effective sales solutions
  • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
  • Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
  • Prepare reports, sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
  • Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing the financial projections and sales targets
  • Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
  • Prepare sales contracts to ensure adherence to legal and corporate guidelines
  • Track all business-related invoices

RequirementsMinimum Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role, highly
  • preferably in healthcare or tourism
  • Strong interpersonal, networking and presentation skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Can identify economic trends and influences
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Sharp negotiation, networking and decision-making skills
  • Creative approaches and thinking in the development of new business segments
  • Goal-oriented, independent and flexible
