Job Description

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the private banking division within ADGM.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the client base and enhancing service offerings.

- Drive the development and execution of key initiatives aligned with ADGM’s vision and mission.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs and UHNWIs, providing personalized and comprehensive financial solutions.

- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering tailored advice and exceptional service.

- Oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.

- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative private banking products and services.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the range of offerings available to clients.

- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to ensure ADGM’s private banking services remain competitive and relevant.

- Ensure compliance with international and local regulatory standards and best practices.

- Work closely with the compliance team to implement and monitor policies and procedures.

- Maintain a robust risk management framework to safeguard client assets and ADGM’s reputation.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing private banking team.

- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the division.

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the private banking division.

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

- Implement best practices in operational management to optimize service delivery and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline;
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.


Additional Information

• At least 5 years’ experience as an “industry hand” in private banking coupled with experience in other banking environment, investment companies.
• Experience of origination & execution of key Investment Banking products.
