System Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system;
- Ensure CRM data integrity, including data entry, cleansing, and quality control;
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions;
- Implement CRM updates, upgrades, and enhancements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries to provide insights into sales and customer data;
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.
User Support and Training:
- Provide support to CRM users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise;
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate users on CRM functionality and best practices.
Process Improvement:
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and workflows;
- Implement automation and integration with other systems to enhance efficiency.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies;
- Maintain system security and implement measures to protect sensitive customer data.
