Raya Trade; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring an Account Manager


What will you do?


  • Carries responsibility for preparing vendors reports.
  • Acts as a focal point of contact between the sales team and all other departments.
  • Resolves all problems with the purchasing department and follows up on all sales orders until they are successfully completed.
  • Prepares daily stock and aging stock reports for the IT Sales Director.
  • Controls cost and GP per item within profit margins for each daily sales order and authorized to reject inadequate sales orders.
  • Monitors IT products stock and handles all pricing issues (according to GP and cost per item) for daily orders.
  • Reviews and monitors all IT Sales expenses and reports to the IT Sales Director.
  • Handles and resolves all customers’ complaints; authorized to move sales accounts between the Sales team.


What will you need?


  • Bachelor's Degree (English Section)
  • Understanding of Distribution Operations business cycle
