Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in the healthcare sector. They are currently seeking enthusiastic a number of Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and patients. You will handle inquiries, provide information, and support the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients and patients with inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update patient records and other relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and confidentiality.
  
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage.
• Education: Minimum of a High School diploma.
• Experience: Previous experience in healthcare facilities is preferred but not mandatory.
• Positions Available: We offer junior to senior level positions, depending on experience.
• Willingness to work anywhere in Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates
