Position Summary

• Provide accurate and timely information regarding the products and services before, during and after transaction to maintain and improve customer relationships.
• Maintain flow of finished goods imported from affiliates and other suppliers.
• Provide accurate and timely forecast to affiliates on time.
  
  

Responsibilities

Basic Duties and Responsibilities: -

Planning Process(Demand/ Supply) 90%:

• Consolidate submitted Demand Fcst from domestic sales team
• Proactively review submitted FCST compared with latest financial target and PE with sales team/ District
• Review and calculate supply plan to ensure healthy inventory
• Prepare supply plan with respect to the latest demand plan
• Input MPS data (production work order creation)
• Review production delivery plan and communicate supply priorities to avoid OOS
• Follow up on delivery till WH and report risks (if any) to Commercial
• Monthly reporting on SLOBs and follow up to reduce/eliminate SLOBs
• Lead the S&OP meeting
• Monthly track/ review/ report Demand FCST accuracy and investigate on root causes for improvement
• Send 12 month rolling FCST to source plants and upload forecast in SAP IBP for Source with SAP
• Maintenance in SAP IBP to ensure correct forecast is maintained and flow to Source for supply planning
• Import Process 10%:
• Execute purchases process from affliates and other suppliers on monthly basis and follow up with shipping operation (availability, ETD & ETA till receiving of goods at the warehouses).
• Input all Egypt market purchases from (Singapore / Indonesia / China/ Japan) into Scala system
• Follow up on the delivery schedule of goods to the warehouse.
• Reporting:
• Maintain and Update SSFR (Demand planning tool) for domestic market - Monthly (or when needed) 0.5 days
• Update FCST analysis tool/ FCST review meeting with DMs - Monthly (5th of each month) 0.5 day
• Production M+1 requirment + 12 month rolling FCST report - Monthly (15th of the month). 1 day
• Report stocks availability to Commercial - beginning of each month
• Weekly production delivery tracking - weekly. 1 day + 1 hr weekly
• Month closing report (Demand/Supply accuracy/ closing inventory balance) 0.25 day
• Consolidate the Import shipments details and follow up on the process as per the standard operating procedures manual.
  
  

Additional duties:

• Elevate CSC information flow between source and customer
• Explore opportunities to improve the Demand accuracy and Supply efficiency.
• Support other ad-hoc SC initiatives, projects or roles.
