You will help us gather and analyze user feedback, understand their needs, and improve their experience with our app. This role involves conducting user research, observing user behavior, and supporting our CRM and Marketing teams with insights.

Responsibilities

  • Researching to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Collecting user feedback through surveys, interviews, visits, and phone calls.
  • Analyzing data to identify common trends and insights.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitoring and reporting on our competitors, both online and offline, and providing insights into competitors’ strategies and features.
  • Work with the Product Marketing and Marketing teams to turn research findings into recommendations.
  • Documenting research processes and findings, and presenting them.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a relevant academic program: Marketing, business, statistics, psychology, sociology, or related field.
  • Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to present findings clearly.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy in data collection and analysis.
  • Knowledge of the industry: Understanding of the company's industry and target market.
