Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our supply chain operations by leveraging direct OEM networks, developing key supplier relationships, and ensuring continuous improvement through strategic data analysis and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • OEM Network Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM networks to initiate and enhance business opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis, manage, and synthesize data into weekly reports to track and improve lead generation.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Research and evaluate suppliers to develop and implement supplier recommendations.
  • Performance Review: Regularly review key supplier performance to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals.
  • Documentation Support: Provide essential support in documentation for the department.
  • Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely collection of necessary details.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Vehicle procurement and supply chain management
  • Familiarity with OEM networks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
