A recruiter is seeking a visionary Art Director to oversee the creative direction and visual design for our social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, an eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team of designers and content creators. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Responsibilities:


  • – Develop and execute creative strategies for social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • – Lead and mentor a team of designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
  • – Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.
  • – Oversee the production process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our social media presence.
  • – Review and approve all visual content before publication to maintain a consistent and high-quality aesthetic.
  • – Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
  • – Provide creative input and direction for new product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • – Analyze the performance of visual content and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.


Qualifications:


  • – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • – Proven experience as an Art Director, preferably within a social media or digital marketing environment.
  • – Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, and other visual media.
  • – Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • – Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • – Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
  • – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • – Understanding of social media platforms, their formats, and best practices.
  • – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
