Scrum Master | Remotely

Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the Agile development process within our organization. You will also be responsible for organizing and leading daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.

Location: Remotly - Egypt ( The Company Headquarter in Dubai, UAE)

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or a similar field.
• 5+ years Experience in a scrum master role.
• Familiarity with software development.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement).
• Good understanding of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills and Outstanding organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
• Scrum master certification is a plus.
• General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
