Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Property Consultant to join our Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai commercial real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Client Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
Property Listings:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring up-to-date and accurate listings.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
- Provide clients with insights and data to support their investment decisions.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote property listings and campaigns.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
Networking:
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build a strong professional network.
- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calls, and digital marketing.
