ICU Registered nurse with DHA/MOH required Urgently for LiveIn Homecare

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with ICU experience and a valid DHA/moh license to join our team at LiveIn Homecare. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing critical nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in their homes, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing ventilators and other life support equipment
• Assess patients' health conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Monitor and manage critical care equipment
• Respond quickly to emergencies and urgent situations
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• You have to stay with the family and food will be provided your duty time will be 12hr and there will be another nurse taking care of the patient for another 12hr.
