SearchPlus HR is currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant or Specialist in Physical and Rehabilitation. As a Consultant or Specialist in Physical and Rehabilitation at SearchPlus HR, you will play a key role in providing expert medical advice, assessments, and treatments to patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or conditions that require rehabilitative care. You will have the opportunity to utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in physical and rehabilitation medicine to evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will ensure that patients receive comprehensive and integrated care, focusing on functional improvement, pain management, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical history, physical impairments, and functional limitations
- Order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- Diagnose and treat physical impairments, disabilities, and conditions that require rehabilitation
- Create individualized treatment plans based on patients' unique needs and goals
- Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and interventions to support patients' recovery and rehabilitation
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Provide consultations and second opinions to other healthcare professionals
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of physical and rehabilitation medicine

Requirements:
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant or Specialist in Physical and Rehabilitation
- Completion of residency training and board certification or eligibility in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine
- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating physical impairments, disabilities, and conditions requiring rehabilitation
- Expertise in physical and rehabilitation medicine principles, practices, and treatment modalities
- Strong knowledge of relevant diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- Exceptional clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
