As a Consultant or Specialist Neurosurgeon at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating disorders of the nervous system. You will perform complex surgical procedures, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of neurosurgery.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive neurological examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as MRI scans, CT scans, and electrophysiological studies
- Diagnose and treat various neurological conditions, including brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, and degenerative disorders
- Perform complex surgical procedures, such as craniotomies, laminectomies, and discectomies
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques, technologies, and instrumentation to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor post-operative progress and manage complications when necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of neurosurgery through continuous learning and professional development

- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant or Specialist Neurosurgeon
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological conditions

- Strong knowledge of advanced surgical techniques, technologies, and instrumentation specific to neurosurgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with healthcare team members
