💼 Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and accomplished Head of Sales to join the team, an expert professional who possesses extensive experience in the Tech, Edtech industry. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and drive strategic initiatives to acquire new B2B customers in the private school sector, thereby increasing our long-term customer base.
    • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
    • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities globally, collaborating with product and operations teams to introduce new products based on market study, customer insights and feedback.
    • Formulate and execute market entry strategies & GTM plans.
    • Design and implement retention strategies aimed at maintaining existing users, minimizing churn, and fostering lifetime value (LTV) growth.
    • Oversee the Customer Support team, ensuring the delivery of world-class service, swift issue resolution, and increased user engagement and activation.
    • Establish and uphold best practices in customer support to continually elevate service quality.
    • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers to forge meaningful partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
    • Manage and track Business key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and customer support, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and optimize strategies.
    • Utilize analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Forecast Sales budgets on an annual basis including revenue growth and related sales & retention costs. 
    • Manage CRM salesforce & development or customization and automation needs for efficiency in the sales process.
    • Collaborate with the product team to align development efforts with customer needs and market opportunities, ensuring innovative and market-responsive offerings.
    • Provide strategic leadership to a growing team of 4 Territory Leads and 25 indirect reports in operating offices (UAE, KSA, Egypt & Jordan)
    • Oversee daily operations, address performance issues, and support professional development and performance appraisals.
    • Own the Agile sales SOPs and keep them updated to suit LTM growing business needs. 
    • Align sales strategies with overall company objectives to drive sustainable growth.
    • Report on key sales and customer support KPIs to the CEO and Board on a quarterly basis, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
