Education:

- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist in Intensive Care
- Proven experience in providing specialized care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Up-to-date knowledge of intensive care medicine principles, practices, and treatment options
- Proficiency in managing ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and administering critical care medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to provide patient education and support for individuals and their families
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle emergent situations and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
