SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant/Specialist in Pediatric Hematology Oncology to join our team. As a Consultant/Specialist in Pediatric Hematology Oncology at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized medical care to pediatric patients with hematological and oncological disorders.
In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with various hematological and oncological conditions, including but not limited to leukemia, lymphoma, and anemia. You will develop personalized treatment plans, administer therapies such as chemotherapy and immunotherapy, monitor patients' progress, manage treatment-related side effects, and provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose pediatric patients with hematological and oncological disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the specific condition and needs of each patient
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other treatment modalities
- Monitor patients' response to treatment and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Manage treatment-related side effects and provide supportive care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements and research in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
- Provide expert advice and education to patients and their families

- Medical degree and relevant board certification in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
- Completion of residency training in Pediatrics
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
- Strong knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating pediatric hematological and oncological disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
