Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our Fintech team.

This role is crucial to our strategy of controlled growth through exclusive access to our real estate

investment platform. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our engagement with

companies, from planning on-site presence to customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Planning & Coordination:

• Liaise with marketing agencies to pitch for designs for on-site booths that aligns with the company’s brand identity & campaign targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule visits and ensure all materials and resources are prepared.

On-Site Presence Management:

• Set up and manage the booth at the company location for the designated period.

• Ensure that the booth is attractive, informative, and well-maintained throughout the event.

Employee Engagement and Onboarding:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers at the booth, explaining the concept, answering questions, and providing demonstrations.

• Assist interested employees in the onboarding process, including registration and initial setup on the platform.

• Collect and compile feedback from employees to improve the engagement process.

Educate customers about the features and benefits of Nawy Shares products and services, and provide training as needed,

and ensuring they understand how to use mobile application and website effectively.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and report on the number of employee sign-ups and other key metrics from each engagement event.

• Analyze the effectiveness of different engagement strategies and suggest improvements.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage all logistical aspects of the engagement events, including transportation of materials, setup, and teardown.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all engagements.

Calls & Callbacks:

• Call all potential investors who have investment accounts but haven’t invested yet to assist on explaining the concept, answering questions, and investment decision making.

• Call back potential investors from on-ground activations.

متطلبات الوظيفة

• Major in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Engineering Major students are also welcome.

• Candidates must be very good with numbers & mathematics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
