Non Motor Claims

This role entails handling all Claims, renewal & New business independently, along with Endorsements Non-Motor Dept. or any other role assigned by Dept. head as per the requirement.

Develop excellent relationship with insurers at all levels to achieve corporate objectives of better terms, wider cover for clients

Responsible for cross-selling of other insurance products.

Responsible for upselling

Ensuring retention of all renewals assigned

Ensure to strictly follow the TAT’s

Providing MIS reports on quotations provided, pending documents, claims etc.

The key functions would include ensuring all procedures of the new and renewal are compiled within, to ensure maximum retention of renewals.

Identifying ways to sustain revenue on long term basis.
