Operations Excellence leader is responsible for Services Operations performance excellence, process governance, continuous improvement and efficiency of execution in countries, leveraging global tools and processes .
He /she is expected to drive Global Services Operations strategic initiatives under Annual Execution Plan and align country actions.
He/she directs efforts towards productivity, efficiency and cost optimization in the Services Operations organization and creates a continuous improvement culture within the function.
He/she is the SPOC for the Schneider Performance System (SPS)
q Responsible to drive initiatives through the Services Operations organization to improve productivity through efficiency creation :
q Labor utilization (Utilization rate/ billable rate/ overtime)
q Organizational efficiency (capacity planning/ structure ratio/ under or over absorption )
q Deviation Vs. Standard time
q Hourly rate process
q Kaizen events and all potentials for medium-long terms improvements
q Establish & own governance around S&OP L1/L2 & SIM process as per the playbook.
q Set up the governance to deliver all initiatives under the Annual Execution Plan (AEP).
q Operating model & E2E service processes and playbooks deployment and compliance
q Digitization - Ensure good implementation & adoption of Services Execution tools (global applications and productivity tools) for SR enablement
q Balanced Score Card monitoring
q Business analytics for Operations - Monitor open work orders (% scheduled), DVC timesheet adherence, DVC/MBC mapping - job code alignment
q SPS deployment within Service Operations and drive Process Excellence/ Continuous Improvement culture. Engage the different stakeholders for a sustainable SPS action plan and result in the performance.
Education Engineering and/or Business University Degree
Technical requirements Services business & strategy knowledge, SE Finance essentials, Good understanding of the Lean principles and Root Cause Analysis
Language requirements English fluency is a must
