Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic HR plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and direction on all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations across diverse EMEA and APAC countries
  • Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment and addressing any employee concerns or grievances promptly
  • Manage the development and implementation of compensation and benefit programs that are competitive and attractive to top talent
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment for the whole 1inch team
  • Partner with business leaders across the EMEA and APAC region to understand their HR needs and provide strategic advice and support
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices in the WEB3 industry


About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the WEB3 industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a global or multi-regional environment
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development
  • Experience in managing a diverse HR team and fostering a culture of collaboration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of employees and senior management
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations across the EMEA and APAC region is a plus
  • Passion for People and Crypto is a must-have :)
