Your Job

The Quality Manager will lead the quality assurance and quality control programs at our facility. The role involves managing all aspects of quality systems, ensuring product compliance with company and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to create value by meeting quality objectives and ensuring customer focus. The Quality Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Apply the Koch risk philosophy and economic models are applied to quality decisions. Ensure quality is considered in plant decisions relating to suppliers, product design and development, operational envelopes and other business processes.
  • implement improvement activities to close those gaps.
  • Assist to standardize Product Quality specs within Plants and Customers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance the quality of products and services.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Background in engineering, quality management, or related field.
  • Few years of experience in quality management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Shop floor plant experience
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
  • Proficient in quality tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis (RCA), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and 8D problem solving.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Knowledge in quality management, quality control tools (Lean 6 sigma knowledge/ 5 Core tools Automotive/ VDA 6.3).
  • Experience with quality software, such as Minitab, Q-Pulse, or Qualtrics.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and customer orientation.
