Your Mission

Maintain and develop the company’s cost system and assist management in financial aspects regarding the decision-making process. Perform follow-up and controls over logistics and operating cycles to ensure safeguarding stocks and WIP and maintain proper cost allocations.

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

  • Trace all direct variable costs related to customer orders, and equipment families to the least production unit to have an accurate margin at each level.
  • Compare realized margins against booked margins for each order family and/or product for analyzing deviations and to ensure that all the relevant cost is allocated to the order.
  • Conduct periodic inventory physical counts to safeguard company assets. Attending scrap committees to ensure proper handling of inventory items to be scrapped.
  • Provide management with periodical information and reports about the profitability of each activity, and any other relevant information.
  • Highlight the deviations in the purchase prices of the stock references to assist in monitoring costs and hence the company's profitability.
  • Assist together with the logistics dept. and the Project Management dept. in solving the daily problems that arise daily within the normal business cycle.
  • Perform cost analysis for invoicing forecasts to assess areas of risk.
  • Preparation of logistics costs for the product plant and the distribution center every month as well as handling its forecast.

Qualifications

About You

  • Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting
  • Experience in SAP is a must
  • At least 2 years of experience required
  • Excellent command of English
  • Professional user of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Power BI is a plus
  • Experience in a Factory is preferable.
